Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase and Membership Enrollment

3. Membership Duration & Renewal: Approved membership is valid for 12 months and will be automatically renewed, unless canceled by the member at least 30 days before the renewal date. Members will be notified prior to automatic renewal.
4. Non-Transferable Membership: Membership is personal and non-transferable. Only the individual whose application has been verified and approved can benefit from the membership advantages.
5. Verification Process: Upon applying, applicants will undergo a review process where WFI may request additional information to confirm eligibility. Only after successful verification will membership be activated, and access to benefits granted.
6. Exclusive Member Benefits:

• Discounted Event Registration: Members receive reduced rates for all WFI events during the active membership period.
• VIP Dinners & Special Events: Members are invited to exclusive, members-only VIP dinners and events for high-level networking.
• Private WhatsApp Group: Membership includes access to a private WhatsApp group for advanced case discussions and expert debates.
• Content Access via Unique Code: Members will receive a special code to access educational materials, videos, and event presentations.
• Member Lounge: During events, members have access to a special lounge for networking and relaxation.
• Quarterly Newsletter: Members receive a quarterly newsletter featuring industry trends, research, and insights.

1. Changes to Terms & Benefits: WFI reserves the right to adjust membership terms, benefits, and conditions over time. Members will be informed of any significant changes, and it is their responsibility to stay updated.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By applying for membership, you agree to comply with the Terms of Sales as displayed on the WFI website. Purchasing a membership confirms your acceptance of these terms.
3. Termination: WFI may terminate a membership if the member violates any terms or misuses the benefits. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Terms of Sales – Tickets:

1. Non-Refundable: All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you have reviewed all event details before making a purchase.
2. Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and are registered under the purchaser’s name. Entry will only be granted to the person whose name is on the ticket, unless prior approval is given by WFI.
3. Ticket Purchase Options:

• Online Purchase: Tickets can be purchased online through the official WFI platform using accepted payment methods.
• On-Site Purchase: Cash payments are accepted for ticket purchases during the event, subject to availability. However, online purchase is strongly recommended to secure your spot.

1. Confirmation & Ticket Issuance: After successful payment, either online or on-site, you will receive a confirmation email or physical ticket. This must be presented at the event for entry.
2. Limited Availability: Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is only confirmed once payment has been completed.
3. Event Cancellations: In the event of a WFI-organized event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a choice between a full refund or transferring their ticket to a future event.
4. Member-Exclusive Access: Certain event features, such as VIP lounges, exclusive dinners, and advanced case discussions, are restricted to WFI members. General ticket holders will not have access unless invited.
